Well Chris Brown, we're STILL pretty mad at you for your previous behaviour, so we don't think you should ever really question anyone being mad at you ever again if we're honest - and we're always honest.
Chris says that Justin Bieber got angry at him when they were working together recording their duet Next To You.
"I actually stood him up on accident," Chris told MTV in his perfect English that doesn't make us think he's stupid at ALL.
"He was kind of mad ... I was all the way on the other side of town handling some business, 'girl business,' and I was rushing back, and by that time, he's like, 'Man, I'm leaving, bro. I did it - just check it out.' And I looked at it and listened to it and I was like, 'Man, this is crazy.' ... He's a great kid."
So two things...firstly, WHAT?
Secondly, 'girl things?' Oh Chris Brown don't even get us started. We know we may be holding a grudge, but beating up your girlfriend is a pretty big deal. So he can shuddup.
Hotlanta got even hotter once Chris Brown hit the stage at Hot 107.9's Birthday Bash 16 last night. "I came down to Atlanta to party tonight. Did ya'll come to party?" asked the blond heartthrob as his female admirers screamed back with approval.
He opened with the dance-heavy "I Can Transform Ya," delving into his latest F.A.M.E. single "She Ain't You" and showing off his slick moves with a medley of radio hits.
"Can I get grown and sexy for my ladies?" asked Breezy, who then slowed it down with "Make a Movie" and "No Bullshit."
Sweat was dripping down his chest by the time he closed with the crowd favorite "Look at Me Now." "Atlanta, I love ya'll. Thank ya'll for having me tonight," said the shirtless star before throwing up the deuces.
Around a week after being leaked, Chris Brown's "Next 2 You" music video has finally been released in its final version. Directed by Colin Tilley, the apocalyptic-themed clip features Breezy and Bieber as the only two surviving residents of a chaotic town. Like the unfinished form, it's also sealed with a rooftop kiss by Bieber and his on-screen girlfriend.
While the Canadian singer luckily gets a happy ending, Breezy was left torn and lost because the woman he loves is trapped in the chaos. "I would play it to the actual song, and at one point of the song, there were all these dancers dancing on these street elements like benches and tables and stuff like that," he said.
"Next 2 You" is a song from Brown's "F.A.M.E." which was released in March this year. The song debuted at No. 10 on the Hot Digital Songs chart and appeared at No. 26 on the Hot 100 chart.

Directed by Colin Tilley with appearances from American Pie actress Shannon Elizabeth, the mini movie-like video for Next To You – which was already leaked unfinished this month – will premiere worldwide this Friday (17 June) on VEVO and VEVO@YouTube 12am Eastern time which is 5am UK time.
F.A.M.E is co-written by Brown and is the follow up to his 2x Grammy nominated album, Graffiti, acclaimed by USA Today to be Brown's "strongest album of his career" and boasts collabs including the likes of Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Ludacris and the Bieb himself.
In addition to assisting Song of the Summer hopeful Big Sean, Chris Brown has been on the receiving end of several great remixes of late. F.A.M.E. track "She Ain't You" has been given a feminine touch, thanks to the ladies of R&B group SWV. It's a nice, sassy response to Breezy's allegedly loving, yet non-committal track ("And now that you've seen the light / You want me to change my mind"). The male to female trade offs evoke R.Kelly's additional "If I Were A Boy" verse, and their throwback sound fits the already Michael Jackson-sampling song. Listen here:

R&B star Chris Brown has declared his recent number one album a "triumph" because it proved to critics his career is not over.
The singer hit headlines back in 2009 for an attack on his then-girlfriend Rihanna, which landed him an assault conviction, probation and a community service sentence. Brown's career nosedived after the incident and he has fought hard to regain his popularity over the last two years.
His latest album, F.A.M.E., debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 chart in March, marking Brown's first ever number one record - and the star is adamant his success has proved "everybody" wrong.
He tells The Source magazine, "I don't really think it's a comeback album. I feel like it's an album of triumph, like an underdog type of album. It's more of me showing and proving everybody wrong. I don't think I ever went anywhere..."
He adds, "I recognize my music touches people and everything I do negative or positive affects people all over the world. So that's definitely a blessing and a curse... The thing I dislike most about my life is living up to everybody's expectations, never being able to be like, 'F**k it,' and do what I want to do, not care about someone's opinion. As artists we're opinionated, but we definitely do care about the public's opinion because that's our consumer."
The R&B/pop star bounced back from his trials to release this first No. 1 album, F.A.M.E., and he’s chatting about his rise, fall, and rise again in the June/July issue of The Source magazine, which he graces, rocking a gas mask and his trusty bowtie.
Breezy, who The Source calls the "R&B artist of the summer," opened up about the hardest part about being Chris Brown. "The hardest thing about Chris Brown is understanding that you're 'Chris Brown'," he said. "I just noticed the value of my brand, and who I am as a person now."
