Demi Lovato was also there to watch Johnny Depp's new flick, Pirates 4...
It seems the bromance between Chris Brown and Justin Bieber is continuing to go from strength-to-strength, after the pals were spotted on a cinema date together!
Breezy and Biebster, who recently shot the video for their collaboration Next 2 You, were spotted with JB's girlfriend Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato, watching a showing of Pirates of the Caribbean 4: On Stranger Tides in Sherman Oaks.
However, it seems that the Beautiful People singer, Justin and Co were not fans of Johnny Depp's latest swashbuckling adventure, with an eyewitness stating that the A-List group left before the end of the film.
An onlooker told HollywoodLife.com: "They left the movie before it ended, and were so amped up to be hanging out they kept jumping up and down."
Another source added: "They didn't buy any concessions they just went straight to the movie at midnight. Two hours later they all walked out of the theater before the film even ended."
Midnight? We assumed that would be past Bieber's bed time! The mole also claimed that neither Brown or JB brought their bodyguards and were "fairly relaxed" as they watched the flick.
Set in a distant future, the video will feature a scene where Brown and Bieber stand among overturned cars in a path of destruction.
Chris Brown gave his and Justin Bieber's fans a treat of the eyes with two photos from their collaborative music video for "Next 2 You". As reported, the music video is set in a future world where only two of them are left standing. Brown wrote underneath one picture, "Judgement day!!", and "The moment!!" in the other one.
Colin Tilley who directs the video said in an interview with MTV, "I can't tell you anything about that yet, but it's going to happen. It's gonna be big. It's gonna be big. I can't say anything else." Tilley is also the director for Brown's "Look at Me Now" video. "Before we do every video, I always talk to Chris to kind of feel where he's going with the song and just where his motivation was with the song," he said.
"Next 2 You" is a song from Brown's "F.A.M.E." which was released in March this year. The song debuted at No. 10 on the Hot Digital Songs chart and appeared at No. 26 on the Hot 100 chart.
Don't be upset if you had no clue Chris Brown was about to drop a video for "Should've Kissed You." No one knew, besides Breezy of course.
The R&B/pop star dropped off a low-fi video for his soft and sweet F.A.M.E. track today (May 19) especially for his loyal fans. The clip features a blonde Breezy singing the song's tender lyrics while strolling - and busting back flips - on the beach in Miami.
Breezy will release a higher-budget, official video for his next single, "Next To You" featuring Justin Bieber. The clip is being shot in Los Angeles with director Colin Tilley at the helm.
Chris Brown and his new girlfriend Karrueche Tran were seen celebrating her birthday at Disneyland in California yesterday.
The cute couple were seen on the theme park's infamous Big Thunder Mountain Railroad but none of the scary rides.
Both of them rocked hats as they made their way around the theme park, and Breezy even swapped his baseball cap for a quick snap in honour of Disney's Goofy, which he posted on Twitter.
Tran looked as if she was enjoying her birthday day out as Breezy cuddle tight as they whizzed round on one ride. She was laughing her head off as Breezy buried his face in her neck.
The couple were also pictured grabbing a snack, with Breezy opting for a turkey leg that Fred Flinstone would have been proud of!
The nominations are in! Tonight on 106 & Park, Terrence and Rocsi welcomed special guests J. Cole, Waka Flocka Flame and Miguel to the studio and Trey Songz via Skype to help announce the artists nominated for the 2011 BET Awards. Chris Brown, who called into the special broadcast, led the way with six nominations. The singer, who made an impressive comeback this year, earned nods in the Best Male R&B Artist, Best Collaboration (twice), Video of the Year, Best Actor and Viewers' Choice categories.
At last year's Awards, Brown jumped off his return with a heartfelt tribute to Michael Jackson. Tonight he told Terrance and Rocsi that the performance was tough for him, but it helped show fans a real side of him.
Since the show-stopping performance, the singer kept his momentum going, leaking chart-topping singles to build up anticipation for his F.A.M.E. album, released back in March. Two songs from that album, "Deuces" featuring Tyga and Kevin McCall and "Look At Me Now" featuring Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes, are nominated this year for Best Collaboration. The video for CB's "Look at Me Now" is also nominated for Video of the Year. And it's not just his music career getting the attention. Brown shocked the audience with his acting skill in the film Takers, which got him a Best Actor nomination.
The Young Money team also earned their fair share of nominations this year. Both Lil Wayne and Drake were nominated for Best Male Hip Hop artist, while Nicki Minaj's nomination in the Best Female Hip Hop artist was a no-brainer. All three of the YM heavyweights are in the Coca-Cola Viewer's Choice category also. Lil Wayne and Drake are also in the running for Best Collaboration, both appearing on hit singles from other artists (Wayne on the aforementioned "Look at Me Now" and Drake on Rihanna's "What's My Name").
Kanye West, Rihanna, Trey Songz, B.o.B and Marsha Ambrosius all picked up more than one nomination. J. Cole, Wiz Khalifa, Bruno Mars, Miguel and Willow Smith were the nominees in the New Artist category. Miguel blessed viewers with a performance of his hit single "All I Want Is You." Diddy Dirty Money, Cali Swag District, N.E.R.D., New Boyz and Travis Porter all earned nominations for Best Group.
Another big announcement was the 2011 BET Awards host: actor/comedian Kevin Hart. For a full list of nominees, visit the 2011 BET Awards site. The 2011 BET Awards will air live on Sunday, June 26, at 8PM/7c.
It seems like fans are finding ways to remember Cali Swag District's Montae Talbert after his murder Sunday night by watching Chris Brown dance to "Teach Me How to Dougie" on YouTube.
According to Radar Online, the video of Chris has hit 13.3 million viewers following Montae's death.
Montae, aka M-Bone, was reportedly gunned down in Inglewood, Calif. outside a liquor store while he was in his car. A suspect for his murder has not yet been found.
Fans are flocking to YouTube to watch videos of M-Bone hit song, "Teach Me How to Dougie" and Chris' in particular has been very popular.
Singer shares his on-the-road stories, including a hotel-flooding incident.
It's only been a few years since Chris Brown first experienced the superstar lifestyle as a teenager, but he sure has his share of stories to tell. On the latest episode of "When I Was 17," Brown recalls a few embarrassing memories from his early career.
"When I was 17, I was going around touring around the world performing, and for the kickoff for one of our tours, I was eating the food that gave me food poisoning," Brown laughingly says on the upcoming episode, premiering Saturday at 11 a.m. ET on MTV. "So I got, like, midway through the show, and I just remember my stomach starting bubbling."
Despite his bodily warnings, Brown remained a trouper, telling himself to "hold it" until his performance was over. Unfortunately, the singer learned a hard lesson that day: Don't deny nature's calling.
"So I just remember dancing and onstage in the midst of all that, I ... is it like sharted?" the pop star asked with a smile. "The crowd didn't know it, and I had like an outfit change coming up, so I said, 'Yeah, I can hold it out one more song,' and this is real disgusting and too descriptive, it was just ... I just remember it running down my leg."
Even though Breezy was busy on the road to promote his debut album, the singer tells MTV that he also had experienced plenty of "reckless" fun, especially one time when he flooded his hotel room during soundcheck with a BB gun. "We were shooting the guns. We had the couches flipped up. The catering was knocked over," Brown said of his showdown with his cousins, adding, "It was like a war zone in our room."
"I'm just like, getting hit left, right," Chris' spinner DJ Babey Drew added. "I see people squatting down military-style, trying to shoot me. It was crazy."
At one point during the battle, Chris admits he got "shot in the face" and "cried under a table," until he pulled the trigger to a shot that would soak his entire crew.
"I waited and then I got up and I acted like I was in a movie. ... I tried to shoot at the fire extinguisher thing. I'm at least 15 yards away, so I'm thinking, 'I don't have a chance at hitting this thing,' " Breezy revealed. "So I shoot ... the whole room is engulfed in water."
Chris Brown stole the spotlight on the set of "Better With the Lights Off," his Cataracs-produced collaboration with the New Boyz for their upcoming album Too Cool to Care. A blond and tatted Breezy filmed his scenes on Wednesday (May 11) in a Los Angeles neighborhood, wearing yellow BBC ice cream bar jersey shorts, a Rocksmith Ninjas tank top, black sneakers, and red hat. He is gearing up to shoot a video for his F.A.M.E. cut "Next to You" with Justin Bieber. Check out the first on-set pics from "Lights Out" below.
